Shortly after graduating from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York, Bailey De Young landed the role of Ginny Thompson opposite Tony Award winner Sutton Foster in the critically-acclaimed series, Bunheads. Other recent television credits include a guest appearance on Baby Daddy and The Middle. On stage, Bailey most recently appeared in the musical Summer of ’42 directed by Tony Award nominee Hunter Foster. Other credits include the musicals Hello, Dolly!, The Music Man, and as a featured dancer for the annual Broadway on Broadway benefit concert. A native of Sacramento, California, Bailey trained extensively as a classically trained actor, singer, and dancer. Not many people know she is also well-versed in both baton twirling and the trapeze!
